How To Get Rid Of Crows Feet with CBD

It isn’t easy aging, is it? And if you’re like me, you’ve noticed that over the last little while you’ve got an extra dose of wrinkles! Let’s explore How To Get Rid Of Crows Feet with CBD, shall we?

Now don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing bad about having a few crinkles around the eye area.

Many feel that it’s a right of passage into the age of wisdom, and the second half of life.

Having crows feet must mean that you’ve really lived then, right?

Why Do I Have Crows Feet?

Some of the leading causes of crows feet ( wrinkles on the outer edges of your eyes that look like crows feet) are due to over-exposure of UV Rays.

Live in a sunny climate? Make sure you have UV protected sunglasses and that you apply facial-safe SPF moisturizer daily.

Another reason is loss of collagen and elasticity in your skin as you age. ( oh, the joys!) this means that your skin can’t bounce back like it once used to, and wrinkles start to appear.

You may be in your 40’s, 50’s, or more mature – but one thing that wrinkles around the eyes are not?

They are not age-specific!

This means that even if you are in your 20’s – eye wrinkles can sneak up and get ‘cha. So prevention and maintenance is the ticket.

There are plenty of so-called treatments and cures for crows feet on the market today – all claiming that they reduce or remove eye wrinkles forever, but the bottom line my friends?

You can’t stop ’em, but you CAN try to reduce and most definitely moisturize!

How Does CBD Help Wrinkly Eyes?

Applying CBD oil topically could relax, and soothe skin and can be used to treat rashes, dry skin, and more serious skin conditions like atopic dermatitis (AD).

What’s more, is that the high concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acids present in cannabis can help to relieve the itching and inflammation associated with eczema, and may lighten up the wrinkles beside your eyes!

According to research from the National Eczema Association (NEA), cannabinoids bind to receptors in the skin that could help to reduce the symptoms and appearance of AD!

It’s definitely worth a try, isn’t it?!

How Do I Apply CBD To My Skin?

The easiest way is to mix equal parts of skin-safe coconut oil or pure almond oil with CBD oil.

You can use a small glass dish, and mix it up, then store it in a seal tight jar or container in the fridge.

The cooling effect of doing this also helps soothe any inflammation around eyes, plus CBD is known to reduce inflammation as well – which is exactly what you need!

Use it twice a day on freshly washed skin and of course, making sure you drink plenty of water and healthy foods also makes a huge difference.

Be careful not to get anything into your eyes, and use a dabbing motion with your ring finger ( the gentlest finger of them all) to apply.

Cannabis May Help With Anti-Aging

Cannabis, when applied topically, has been found to slow the skin aging process!! This research couldn’t be more exciting.

A study revealed that the CBD found in cannabis is a more potent antioxidant than vitamin C or E.

Do you know what helps with fine lines and wrinkles? Vitamin C and E.

CBD also neutralizes free radicals and keeps them from damaging the collagen and elastin in your skin which means tight, young skin people!
