I have made some BAD cheesecakes in past, but I experimented with today’s no-bake CBD-infused cheesecake recipe and I found a winner!
I used to burn the crust, and my cheesecake would look spongey. Gross!
This no bake cheesecake eliminates that part ( phewf!), lessens the pressure, but delivers on taste and decadence. For sure.
The first thing you’ll need on hand is yes, you guessed it! CBD Cannabutter.
How Do I Make CBD Cannabutter?
Easy! It really is easy. Check out the recipe below, and once you have a batch, you can use it for so much more!
But for this No-Bake CBD-Infused Cheesecake Recipe, you’ll need a bunch!
Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and 1 tsp of sunflower lecithin.
Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
Strain through a sieve or cheesecloth
Let it cool down. And your CBD cannabutter is done.

How Do I Make No-Bake CBD-Infused Cheesecake?
I can’t even begin to tell you the immense benefits it has had for my health and wellness.

- 1/2 cup CBD Butter melted
- 1 1/4 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 16 oz Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup fresh fruit of choice to top over top when cake is done
- 1 Drizzle chocolate or caramale or sauce of choice!
Add graham melted Cannabutter, cracker crumbs, and sugar, in a small bowl. Make sure crackers are totally coated in butter. Pour into a cake pan, spread evenly. Press the crackers into the bottom of the pan, to pack the crust together.
Combine the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a bowl. Using a mixer, mix until soft and smooth.
Add the cream and mix to combine. Once mixed well,increase the speed and whip for 3-5 minutes.
Pour over the crust. Refrigerate a minimum of 8 hours.
