Morgan County authorities have issued an arrest warrant for a Buckhead man who allegedly fled a targeted traffic quit from a automobile that contained each suspected marijuana and suspected cocaine.

According to Morgan County Sheriff’s Workplace reports, Curtis Donquale Robinson, 39, is wanted on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, obstruction, possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, window tint violation, handicap parking space violation and failure to signal.

A Morgan County Sheriff’s Workplace deputy attempted to quit Robinson even though he was allegedly driving a Ford Expedition on Fifth Street in Madison with heavily tinted windows. Reports state the Expedition stopped in the parking lot of R&ampB Cafe and Robinson exited the automobile and fled on Burney Street.

The officer attempted to quit Robinson but was unsuccessful.

The officer returned to the automobile and, reports state, smelled marijuana in the automobile. A search of the automobile made 13 bags of marijuana divided into 1 ounce, quarter-ounce and tenth of an ounce bags. An ounce of suspected marijuana was also discovered in a Mason jar.

The officer also reported locating 14 grams of suspected crack cocaine in a plastic bag along with a digital scale and 18 empty plastic bags.

In the center console of the automobile, the officer reported locating a partially smoked marijuana cigarette and a $50 bill.

The officer also reported that even though he was at the scene of the targeted traffic quit, a relative of Robinson who owns the automobile referred to as Morgan County Dispatch to report that the automobile had been stolen. The relative told dispatch that somebody had stolen the automobile even though Robinson was driving the automobile.

The officer referred to as the automobile owner and told her that the automobile had been involved in a targeted traffic quit and the driver had left the scene.

The officer captured an image of Robinson from his Facebook web page to recognize him as the alleged driver.
