Sol Flower dispensary in Sun City is hosting a CBD cooking class on Saturday, Sept 14. The occasion is open to the basic public.
Chef and certified nutritionist Teresa Hansen will be teaching attendees how to incorporate cannabidiol (CBD) into everyday cooking. CBD is the second most prevalent of the active components in cannabis (marijuana). It is non-psychoactive and delivers several overall health added benefits, such as lowered inflammation and tension relief.
“The Sol Flower vision is to empower wellness for all,” stated Director of Patient Solutions, Jane Repair. “At our Sun City place, residents can access sources on healthcare options, interact with health-related cannabis authorities, and participate in physical activities such as yoga, meditation, and even cooking with CBD classes.”
The mixed-use dispensary is the initial-of-its-sort in Arizona to have an adjoining café and classroom accessible to the public. The dispensary will act as a hub for mindful communication and information cultivation, class curriculum involves cannabis 101, health-related cannabis for senior overall health, a guide to vital oils, and much more. Added classes will concentrate on mental, physical, and spiritual rejuvenation, such as yoga, demystifying meditation, cooking with CBD, and mindfulness education.
